It was a dusty film before now it look like it's 2 algae togeter..

It's on my GSP, some of xenia frag I made and on glass

Little "spermatozoid" like thing on sand..

Looks like it to me. Do you have a clean up crew? Anything that turns the sand for you? It's pretty normal for a new tank and should subside in a couple weeks. I normally hit it with a turkey baster to keep it from growing where I don't want it.

Looks like it to me as well.
You didn't say how long your tank has been set up. If it is still going through the initial cycle, then this is normal.
If your setup is not new then please post your water parameters, as this would not be normal for an aged tank.
