Is this dying and what should I do HELP

Hi I've had this about 4 weeks and it was looking good until I noticed day by day it looks like it's melting not looking good what should I do

is it a mushroom? dip the coral in revive for a few minutes. keep the water parameters in check. mushrooms are pretty hardy.

Is it in an area of high flow? If so, move it to an area of low flow and it may recover.
