is this enough light

I have a 40gal with 192w PC light. Is this enough light to be able to keep zoas? also what do they need to thrive. obviously ammonia, nitrite to be 0 and nitrate to be as close to 0 as possilbe, but do i need to watch any other levels?

A lot depends on the zoos themselves. I have some "boring" brown zoos that grew out from a cave...and I have some that 384W of PC aren't enough for them.

FWIW, I am upgrading to 6x54W T5's in the next week or so. The PC's were ok, but I know I get could better results with the T5's.
