Is this enough lighting for RBTA?

After learning first hand that it is not best to mix nems and corals, I am setting up a second tank for a pair of Clarkii's and a RBTA. The tank is 46 gallons (20" deep). I plan on using a Sunset Supply Tek 5
T-5 lighting (4 bulbs x 39 watts each) 156 watts = 3.39 watts per gallon. Is this OK?

Thanks,
Ken

If you could get it to stay in the upper regions of the tank it should do ok. If it decideds it likes the bottom it may not be enough lighting.

Really? I would think this light should be OK for it. These are not high intensity light demanding nems.

Any other opinions?

You will be fine with that lighting. They might prefer to be mid-way up the water column, so just make sure you have live rock that goes up 8 or 10 inches from the bottom of the tank. You can even keep light demanding anemones with T-5's. What Kelvin are you going with for your bulbs. Daylight is going to give you a higher PAR. Aquasun, for instance.

i'd suggest AT LEAST 5 watts/gallon even with the BTA near the top.
Although they're not the most demanding, all anemones are demanding.

the watts per gallon isnt a 100% proven fact on lighting demands you should be ok with it in there...
