Is this flukes or something else

In the video if you look on the left side of fish on the body right before the tail you can see something attached to the fish but part of it is loose and flaps around. Could this be a fluke or something else. Fish is currently in a bucket going through TTM with hypo. Can I add prazi-pro with hypo. Since I dropped the salinity to 1.009 I am seeing this along with other red spots as if something has already dropped off and left a sore. Fish is eating good

It appears too large to be a fluke...possibly a parasitic isopod. May have to be manually removed with tweezers.
 
Thanks for the response. An update:The one is the poto has apparently dropped off and I no longer see it just a red spot but there are several on both sides of it that I can now see. Starts out looking like raise scales then I see it protruding out (like in the photo) for the fish
