Is this fungus on my rhomboid? Is so what's the best way to ready it? If not what is it?

Looks like columnaris. Need antibiotics in hospital tank fast. Kannaplex and furan combined will work!! Full strength both.

Has been in a hospital tank for 2 days treated with API EM Erythromycin Medication on Thursday then did a 50% water change and ran carbon on Friday. Today I will treat with API Furan-2 and try to find a LFS that carries Kannaplex. Anything else?

Rhomboid seems more active today but still not eating. Breathing still a little heavy.

Em sucks. Its gram positive and you need wicked gram negative spectrum.

Looks a lot worst today? Can I combine EM with Furan-2? Couldn't find Kannaplex locally? Does medication work better with the lights off?

Kannamycin kannaplex. Furan combo supposedly works great on columnaris. Broad spectrum like cipro etc but I would do kanna plus furan maybe plus metro also. Full strength all 3 together. See thread on naso tang in quarantine.

it looks like he may also have dropsy. Which could very well be a secondary bacterial infection.

If there's dropsy you may want to use combo kanna and neoplex
