Is this Good or bad algae ?

I have this redish algae grown in my 90G FOWLR tank.
I seen it before in my reef tank and my Tang will eat it but in the 90G is no tangs or snails is a nuisances or is ok ?

Can you get a sharper pic?
There are too many filamentous reds that can look like that
when out of focus.
