Is this Ich on my Clown?? Help!

Heres a pic i found of a percula...which is the species i have. And i just added in the spots where they are on my clowns body.

If this is ich, can anyone give me a good procedure to follow in order to save my only clown? Also, that white dot on the top of the clown is like actually a white growth kind of. It elevates off of the clowns back kind of like a lump. Is this fin cancer!?

In my experience fish fight it on their own. Cleaner shrimp helped me in my tank.

You could try a fresh water bath however most fish will recover without doing anything. Their immune system naturally takes care of it.
