Is this Ich?

One of my false perculas developed a spot on what I would say is the forehead a couple days ago. Then the next day another spot appeared near it. The next day both spots were gone. Now two days later another spot has appeared in a different location.

I can't tell if the spots are white or a bright shade of orange. I'm just wondering if this might be Ich. It's weird that two spots appeared and disappeared and now another has developed.
