Is this ICH?

It's a little difficult to see in the picture, but right in the centre of its body there is a small white dot. It is eating as normal and is not flashing/itching of the rocks. This appeared 3-4 days ago is it worth putting him into the QT and treat with copper or is it just a mark/discolouration?

Doesn't appear to be ich. Actually looks like an abrasion.

agreed, a way that I usually use is just turn on the blue lights and if the cyst are there they will glow on the fish quite well and you will see them sticking up on the fish. The shape of the "white spot" isn't consistent with ich
