Is this Ich?

Please help me confirm that my blue tang is suffering from ich.

I've seen Ich many times, and this sure looks like Ich to me. However, this manifested itself a day after the fish finished a tank transfer protocol to treat Ich. Of course, it's possible I made a mistake in my execution, but I was very, very careful (what's the point in doing it if you're not going to take pains to get it right?). So I'm positing this here to see if there may be another explanation, such as, "that's not ich." The fish actually showed no signs of Ich throughout the TTM treatment (but came from a tank that had ich) -- awesome that it showed up a day after finishing TTM...

Appreciate anyone with experience offering confirmation or doubt.

p.s. Fish shows some flashing (rare), and tends to hide, not its usual swimming about. It's also barely eaten for two weeks, while doing TTM, and now in QT. But still looks pretty good (except for the spots) and isn't skinny, despite the no eating.

Could be flukes or trematodes. Did you use Prazipro while doing ttm? I had one of my clownfish show similar symptoms and when I dosed PP, she flashed quite a bit until they fell off. I too was very careful with TTM to the point of having four of everything so I didn't share any equipment.

I did dose Parzipro. Two times 5 days apart during the TTM. Are you saying flukes or trematodes are not likely if I did that, or that Prazipro can bring them out?

Here's one more pic that might be a bit clearer, although the spots are hard to see still. The spots appear blurry in real life as well, somewhat less defined than I usually see with Ich, I think.

Not all are killed by PraziPro. Some need other treatments: hyposalinity, formalin, Dylox, ...
