Is This Ick?

i just bought this beautiful Auriga Butterflyfish on Sunday. By Monday after work, I noticed this large white mass on its back fin. Is this Ick? I have it in my head that ick is smaller and more on the fish rather than large and growing off of the fish. I'm attaching two photos and two links in case the attachment doesn't work. Any help is greatly appreciated! Thanks!

Not ick, kind of hard to tell by photo but looks like it might be an injury. Is this in a Qt tank I would use Maracyn in a Qt.

thanks, that's good news. This is in the main tank. The rest of the community are all peaceful- 2x percula clowns, lawnmower blenny, clown goby. The only exception is an arrow crab. I watched these two closely at first. The auriga was not afraid, and went right to the crab and bumped him. They must have had an altercation over night. Thanks for the info. I'll start checking this forum for how to care for injuires.
