Is this lighting enough for sps frag tank

This is my 40 gallon refugium that has 192 watts of pc lighting. Is this enough light to grow sps frags under if I put them high in the tank?

I would only go with lower light SPS.

Use t5's... I have tons of frags growing under them.

TEK t5 39 watt's 6 of them.

You could keep them but put them near the surface with eggcrate or something.
