I need to know if this plate look healthy to you, are those bumps with a hole and a polyp in the middle normal?

+1 Chalice not Monti. Neat colors. You may want to move it down in your tank depending on how intense your lighting is. They do better with lower light.

This is a chalice, a LPS not SPS. The shape and polyps are typical. Looks like the tissue receded a little but should come back quickly with proper care. Do a little research on chalices, they are not very difficult to keep if you run a sps tank.

The bumps with little holes are normal for a chalice. They are commonly called eyes, but are really mouths.
