Is this normal???

Hi guys, I setup a new tank, and is cycling about 3 weeks. Is my tank normal? The algae looks so green to me
Also, what are those "brown bolls" on the LR?

You have a fair ammount of algae already on the rocks, I would not run the lights during your cycle. Tell us a little more about the brown lumps, are they hard or soft. They look a little like the start of some large mushrooms, if they are hard they could be Heliopora (Blue Coral).
