Is this okay to use?

I would like to know If I could dip zoanthids with this iodine. Its all I have and can get now. I have used Seachem Reef Dip and Kent Lugols. All I really want to know is if this iodine is safe to use for a dip? If not whats a cheap alternative??

If you already have Lugol's you don't need another iodine.

The whole situation is not even for me. I'm only referring to what I have used and don't want those suggested. I'm just asking a question, to get an answer for someone else. I personally believe it would be safe. I do have some doubts and want to make sure its safe.
