They can quickly decimate your zoas/palys... Dipping is key, but if you do manual removal, don't touch them with your bare hands! They absorb paly-toxin from munching on the zoas.
 
if tank big enough get a yellow coris or most any others from the halichoris species, the hoveans if a good one for pest as well
 
Myreefnoob has an excellent idea with the yellow corris wrasse, they are excellent at eating bad critters, much better than a six line in my opinion! Just make sure you don't have any clams though as corris wrasses have been known to eat clams by getting into them from underneath the sand as corris wrasses love to burrow in sand. A bad outbreak of nudis is like AIDS in a reef tank.
