I have been treating this Unicorn tang with Epsom salt and MetroPlex for 3 days. Eyes haven't gotten better. Seems like the air pockets above the eye are getting larger. This guy was in my 90 gal tank. I check my water and everything was fine, so not sure if this cause is due to bad water conditions. All the other fish look fine. I have been treating him in a QT for 3 days now. Should I try feeding with Focus? Should I try popping the air pockets with a sterile needle to releave the pressure in the eye ?
Fish is still very active and eating well. I am afraid that these air pockets will pop on their own and cause more damage to his eyes then a needle stick.
