That tank is actually low brackish. Those species of goldfish are very tolerant of salt and sharks are used to going into near FW for food (not sure about bamboos but I know big sharks do)
Either way if he kept it like that it is very harmful to all those fishes lives, but he could have just done it for the video and switched it back.
