These closed up about 2 weeks ago. Tried Revive, then I decided to get some close ups and take a better look. I have about 15 other zoa varities, and nothing else appears affected (so far).
BUT... I can see those white specks very well....they look like sand. If they are whitish spots ingrained in the polyp it could be.

FWIW- those polyps of yours look ok, and like they should pull out of whatever is going on making them close. Stop blindly dipping and adding unecessary stress, keep them in good flow and see what happens
...and they've been this way going on 2 weeks now. I've got 15 other zoa colonies gowing great and showing any signs of any issues. My SPS and LPS are happy too.
What are your tank parameters? How long have you had them? Have you done anything different with the tank lately new fish… maybe a big temp swing …alk swing? They are not totally closed so they should make a comeback.
