Is this really a blue porites?

I bought this coral anout a year ago, and havent been able to find anyone else with it, or selling it. In this pic it looks grey, but now it has turned a soft shade of blue/grey. I bought it from a LFS who said it was a blue porites, and he has had trouble getting it to color up in his display. I have seen the colony, and it has a branching porites form with bulbous ends. He says that "nobody" else has this coral,

Anyways I was reading up, and found that a blue porites coral has been banned from export from wherever they come from. Anyone know more about this coral? Any positive ID? Anything?

Looks like a Digitata that I have.
I suspect that is what you have.

I have seen the colinie form. The branches get 4-5x as thick as a digi, and are very bulbous on the lase few inches. Have you ever seen a digi do that?

I have seen some digitata refered to as clubbing digitata act like that. Could you blow on it with a turkey baster and get a macro shot of the skeleton?
