Is this skimmer sufficient for this set up?

Skimmer is a DIY with a Sedra 9000 pump. Reaction chamber is 6" diameter and 20" tall. Tank is total 130G hoping to turn into a real SPS tank someday.

How does one know if a skimmer is sufficient for the system? I noticed all skimmer manufacturers over rate their skimmers?

This would probably get more answers in the DIY forum.

I usually get a skimmer that is designed for 2x the current volume of the tank that I have. My current system is sitting pretty close to exact or a touch less than the skimmer is made for. It works fine for now.
