is this the best to feed

I've been feeding my O. s. live crawdads once a week, and krill whenever hes out and about. is this the best to feed, what else could i try. Its a 6-7 in male ive had him for almost 3 months

Variety is always good. Supplement with other things like silversides, squid, scallop, etc.
