Is this the harmless pod?

I have four small colonies, two of them on top of the tank, two of them are at the middle of the tank under about 10 inches below 70W MH. They were all open and doing well. The two middle colonies have been close since last week, and I found there are tiny, white/transparent, creatures are slowly moving on the closed poly.
Is it a Pox? My understanding, the Pox doesn't move.
Is it a nudi? my understanding, the nudi is not white and transparent?
Is it a pod? is it harmless?

I also found it on my opeing colony, sometime, the poly is closed by disturbution of this tiny thing. Is that normal?

Def not Pox. That would like like tiny spots of cottage cheese stuff on the underside of the polp.
Probably not a nudi from your description. They are frilly fancy slugs that slide around not crawl.
Probably a pod, no way to tell without a picture or maybe a sketch.
Know any sketch artists? lol

they look like little collonista snails to me possibly.

but I wouldnt bet anything on it without a better pic.

If they are the collonistas I think they are.....they are not responsible for your declining zoas. They are doing their job as a part of your clean up crew and just cleaning up dead/dying tissue.

with that name maybe you can google it and see for yourself

Thanks for response, I googled the images about the snails, the ones I have are much smaller than that, they are only 1mm even less. it really looks like a flea shape, the color a little darker than white, and they live in LR.
Anyone konws which medication I can use for curing it in the tank? as I said, I don't think I can dip the rocks.....

It should not be a snail, even they are small but they move fast, at least faster than the same size snails.....
