Is this too much for a 150?

Right now I have 2 phantom clownfish, neon dottyback and a coral beauty.

I'd like to add a Tomini tang, yellow tang, and magnificent fox face.

Later down the road I'd like to get a flame angel and possibly some other fish that will take advantage of all the rock in my tank but don't want to overwhelm the tank.

Is this too many fish? Would I be maxed with those three big guys?

How many more could I go with you think? I really liked that swallowtail angel, I think I'm recalling the name right.

For small fish for the rocks I'm really going to have to do some research. So much rock and it looks great with fish running in and out of it.

Swallow tails are nice and I'm thinking of getting one for my 90 gallon within the next week or two, although I need to research them some. They do tend to have swim bladder trouble. If you like the flame angel, why not go with that and a coral beauty angel at the some time. I have both in my 90. They must be introduced together though.
A group of anthias would be really nice in that tank.

Keep asking here as many know about the species of anthias to keep. Just a few suggestions. Good luck.

What would look better with that group? A yellow or purple tang? I'm partial to the yellow but my wife likes the colors of the purple.

Well, Yellow is a lot less expensive, so if you're indifferent .... :) Purples are reputed to be very aggressive, but mine (albeit, a smaller one) is scared of its own shadow. Quite annoying actually.

If I already have the coral beauty how would I add the flame angel?

I assume that I should add all three large fish together at one time right? Probably going to have to order them so this would be great.

If not, what order should I follow? If I plan on adding other small fish for the rock work should I do that prior to buying the others?
