is this turf algea

I've seen pics of turf algea and I can't really tell what I have is the same. Thus I can't treat it properly. Can someone ID. And give me suggestions on how to rid it

That looks more like cyanobacteria and not turf algae. What are the parameters in your tank and lighting?

That's kind of better than hair algae I guess.

I went to the lfs and had my water tested. The didn't give me #s but said everything was within the norm

yup.. cyano.. get some red slime remover from your lfs and maybe throw in an extra powerhead
