Hey guys,
I received this frag from a local reefer. Is this was a resting candy cane coral should look like?
At night its tentacles come out, and if i put food directly on a polyp it will engulf it but never really looks much different than this.
It has been in my tank for 3-weeks now. I'm about to go get a water test done so I can give those parameters but last test was:
Nitrogen compounds: 0
Phosphates: Trace
Calcium: 420
Ph: 7.9
Salinity: 1.026
Temp 77
Kh: 11
4-24Watt T5 Bulbs 2-10K 2-actinic
20 gallon tank, two HOB filters acting as powerheads + protein skimmer
Tanks been up for over 5-years but I have had about 2-months.
