Sorry to say, but yes.. Get to basting and dipping what you can with revive, tropic Marin Pro Coral Cure and/or levamisole..
 
thought so.. bad new is, all corals are enchrusted on rockwork. time to try a turkey blaster..

gonna try and get a Halichoeres chloropterus. already got a few wrasses, so hopefully it will keep it down.
 
I am sad to agree, yes AEFW. Those are bite marks. Getting a wrasse that eats flat worms will help to control them some. The only sure way to get rid of them is QT and dipping all acros.
 
Get a few wrasses of the halichoers species.. the more, the better.. When in a situation like yours, natural methods are best.. Also, blowing affected corals with a turkey baster 1 to 2 times a week when fish are hungry will help you out.. Another wrassse that will gobble them up once in the water cloumn is the salon fairy wrasse. Good luck to you.. It is my recomendation after trying it myself to not attempt any in-tank treatments..
