Wow, I perked your interest for a second huh? Actually probably not, because for any of us that has shopped at Premium Aquatics we already knew the answer.

Ok, for the real story behind this:

I’ve personally shopped at Premium Aquatics for close to nine years now. With fabulous results each & every time. Now as a company they have set standards well above any Internet company today.
In simple terms they give true customer service. It is something other companies could learn from. From a single crab, or snail purchase to a full blown calcium reactor package etc. The service no matter what the purchase may be, is exactly the same. The quality of service surpasses any company I have ever seen.
It doesn't stop just here on Reef Central; they have supplied hundreds & hundreds of individual clubs over the years too...then again with the same excellent service.

A big thanks to all of you, from all of us

I been shopping from your site since I joined RC and never had any problems with your company! I wish I can say that with some of the others but I can't. Excellent service! I just received my order of supplies last night along with a calcium reactor package well over 1k and everything was packed perfect.

I also agree 100% with everyone else here, PA has EXCELLENT customer service and products aswell, I been ordering from them for quite a few years now and im very pleased, They get all my business,Keep up the excellent work everyone,

My only complaint w/ you guys is the fact that you're in Indianapolis as opposed to St Louis Mo.

I would have to agree. Great customer service. The only time I've had a problem was the last time I was in when it took over an hour to get service when all I needed was a ballast. Oh well, life goes on!

Since we're only open to the public 2 days for just 3 hours each day it gets quite hectic around here. We are now scheduling a forth person on the floor and so far so good. So bare with us, we work as fast as we can and still try to help new hobbyist and answer all questions .

Oh I know. It was the busiest I'd seen the place since it moved to the new shop. You guys were missing some people the Saturday that I was in. I know you weren't there.

It wasn't really an issue, I just wish someone had asked if anyone needed only dry goods.

We actually plan on having a "warehouse employee" on saturdays very soon. Have a new guy in training that is willing to work saturdays. So he would be able to pull drygoods, that should speed things up as well for everyone.

That's my main complaint too. It's way to easy to drive down to Beech Grove and spend all of my money. :D
