PLEASE HELP ME DIAGNOSE.

ARE THSE WHITESPOT IN THE PICS
FISH BEHAVIOUR HASNOT CHANGED, EATS FINE, BEEN THERE APPROX 3 DAYS, WATER CONDITION GREAT AMM 0 NITRITE 0 NITRATE 5 PH 8.2.
NO OTHER FISH SHOW SIGNS THE SAME. I HAVE LOOKED AT PICS OF WHITE SPOT, AND THEY LOOK LIKE PIMPLES UNDER THE SKIN. THESE JUST LOOK LIKE DUST???

looks like Ich. Very common on Tangs.

Fish may not exibit signs of infections for a little while. Usually you'll see scratching at first (fish rubbing on rocks, but looks like fish is swimming quickly past them or towards them and then back away or slapping rock with it's tail).

It looks like you'll need meds and or a hypo salinity treatment to fix him. There is much more on him than what you've circled. Also, start feeding him green algae sheets with garlic and vitamins soaked in. That should boost his immune system which will help him a lot. Research Ich and start your treatment soon or you will loose all your fish in the tank.
