It looks like in the very last picture that you do have whit spots dotting the stalks of the polyps.. if they are plentiful and not detritus or spirorbid worms or anything it looks like it could be pox.

You can try lugols but there's .. now im not sure if im remembering the name of it properly.. Furan 2? according to the zoaid dot com site that they had success using that particular dip and there are instructions there as well on how to do it... seems to be more of a fungal thing?

What i'm worried about is the upper and right parts of the last pic, that white thing, looks like something creamy spreading on the Zoas.
I do not see any white dots.

It doesn't look like pox, but it's hard to tell.
Is the colony new?
Honestly it looks like something died inside the rock and is rotting in there.

I would try getting a 5 gallon bucket with some tank water and try swishing/rinsing it off in there.
If it's a dead sponge or clam, it'll eventually stop oozing that white buildup.

New, eh?

There is some sort of dead animal inside the rock.

If the zoas start dying around the Hydrogen Sulfide goop that's oozing from the rock, you can always pull it out, take a hammer and chisel to the rock, crack it open and remove the carcass.

It's probably a boring clam. They're never any fun at parties.
