Is thisEnough light for a RBTA?

It is enough light, even a 80W pc light would be enough that is including for your 60 gallon. BTAs really don't require as much light as people assume on here. It will be fine as long as its a healthy one. Now bleached btas may need a lot more light to regain their color. T5 lights are definately enough.

2ft long about 10-15" deep its around 15 if you measure from the middle of the bow otehrwise 10. 20"tall.

Its a catalina seems pretty decent and has individual reflectors

If it is 20 inches tall, it would be good to have the BTA up in the live rock so the top of the anemone's tentacles is within a foot or so of the surface of the water. T5 HO with individual reflectors put out a good bit of light. What is the Kelvin temp. on the bulbs?
