is white healthy or unhealthy

Just bought a white anemone and after doing some research they say white is unhealthy
Im still unsure about it it looks good so who should I believe Internet or fish store

In the case of hosting species of anemones, white is a sign of a bleached anemone. If your LFS told you that white was a good sign then they were wrong.
Your anemone looks like a very bleached "sebae" (likely H. crispa). It looks healthy other than being bleached and could well recover with proper care.
 
Bleached indeed, and I'm confident it's H. crispa. With very good conditions, you can bring it back to full health. You will want to provide bright light (reef quality), specific gravity 1.026-1.027, temp in the 78-82 range, nitrates very low, moderate water circulation. You didn't mention specs of your system, lights, filtration etc. That info would be helpful in providing suggestions on how to successfully keep it.
