Isnt someone over here using an ATB skimmer??

I think it was on a frag system. If you see this, can you tell me how you like the performance of the skimmer?? Or anyone with expirence, for that matter... Thanx...

I think Xinumaster over in the BAR forum has one on his main system. That's the only one I know of.

I have one. It skis so well I have to feed 5 times a day to add nutrients.

I have one of the new small cones with the meshwheel on it. I reallly like it. It is on a 90gal SPS system with a heavy load. The skimmate from this smells worse than any skimmer I have used prior. The glass on my tank stays cleaner and the water is noticable clearer than before. I also feed VERY heavy.

A small cone would be more than enough for your 80. In fact I think that you will have to feed heavy also or you will have some washed out colors (if you are growing SPS). IMHO I don't think that you can go wrong with a H&S or ATB.
