Isopod Question

Hey Reefers,

Quick question

I got my live rock from an already established tank and stored it in a Rubbermaid bin (with saltwater and 2 power heads) while I got my tank setup. I transferred my rock to my tank last night.

I still have the bin on my deck with the water in it. I noticed tonight I have close to if not more than 2 dozen Isopods roaming about the bin.

So the question is, would it be worth to capture them and transfer them to my main tank and if so how do I go about capturing them?

Thanks in advance.

They are parasitic but shouldn't harm your tank in small numbers but up to you to take that risk. I wouldn't.
