Issue setting up network on Doser 2

Afternoon,

I have a new Doser 2 and am having an issue setting up the network.

I work in IT and understanding IP addresses, subnets, etc.

I have tried both WiFi and LAN (and each with a static IP and a DHCP with a reserved address).

When I connect over the network, the connection seems to drop out. I updated the firmware to 1.24 and have tried both a wired and wireless PC for connecting. I also have an issue when connecting via the Android app.

I have no issues connecting via USB.

I've used your Communication Monitor in the GCC and notice a series of timeouts just before it drops out.

Any idea's?
