Issue with brs ro/di after replacing filters

I just replaced the filter, carbon block, and resin and my system leeks from the first canister and it seems that the resin canister does not fill up with water at all. Meter does show 0.0 out though.

Where does it seem to be leaking from? Is it up top by the threads? Is the O ring seated in place and in good condition?

Over-tightening can lead to deformed O rings or even a cracked housing. any more info (or a picture) can help us tell what's going on.
