Issue with MP40 and MP10

[FSU3NOLES28]

Had mine packed away for a few months and went to take them out and neither of them work.

MP10 Won't power up at all. (Yes its plugged in and yes there is power to the outlet)

MP40 Powers up but controls change colors repeatedly and powerhead doesn't work.

Pretty frustrating to say the least as I barely used both of them.

Any advice on what I can do?

I would recommend cleaning both the wetsides and trying again. If that doesn't correct the issue, sending them in for service is probably your best bet. We do not charge for our time, and if both products are under warranty we can make the repairs for free!
