Issue with new 3152 Osmolator

Hi!

I just bought a the 3152 nano Osmolater, and I'm having some issues with it.

When I plug in the power supply, the pump makes one single beep (or tone). I'm not sure if this is a 'hey, I have power!' beep, or a 'hey, there is something wrong' beep.

Regardless, the pump never turns on or pumps water -- even when I completely remove the float from the water.

I can hear a clicking in the controller when I remove the float from the water, though.

Any thoughts?

Try flipping your pump upside down and shake it under water to make sure you get all the air bubbles out of the pump. Mine managed to get air in it once before and would turn on but pump nothing.

I just gave that a shot. A lot of bubbles came out, but it still isn't pumping. Thank you for the idea, though!

The bump should not beep, it has no alarm inside, just a motor, my guess is the impeller is stuck so it is screeching or rubbing and that is the beep, can you email a copy of your invoice and we will get out a new pump?
