Issues with gen 5 case

Well I got 3 brand new gen 5 XR30 Blue fixtures Thursday.
It was late so I opened them up Friday morning and looked at them and right away I noticed some issues with the plastic cases.
On the bottom of each fixture is 4 bolts.
On my 3 lights there are cracks in the case on nearly every single bolt.
So I called ETM right away and spoke with a rep and all seemed good like they would replace the lights ( like they should)
I was told to expect a email so I could document the issues and serial numbers, etc.
A little while later I was informed by ETM, new black cases would be mailed to me and I had to repair the light fixtures myself.

Really ????

I spend $2500+ I end up with broken parts, and I have to do the repairs?

Then in the email that was suppose to have a link to instructions on how to do it, the link doesn't work.

This is not being handled correctly if you ask me.

Time for a phone call!
There is a thread noting that exact problem with these lights.

I will call them a second time.
By the time I saw that I had received the email stating I had to repair the lights myself, they were closed.

Some people seem to think it's ok to repair these lights themselves, but after spend big $, I figure they should arrive undamaged and in perfect working order.

ecotech is sending me 3 replacements. that's about as good as it gets. i did like the service from AI Hydra a LOT. i bought some nero's and they were making a lcicking noise. they sent me replacements w/ prepaid return labels to return the defective ones.

Yeah I'm suppose to be getting 3 cases too, but haven't received anything but the promise over the phone.

I guess we are all in the same holding pattern.
This covid19 is really kicking everybody's butt.

Its weird because when i emailed ecotech about mine they referred me to another company that will do the replacement. I guess I'm waiting in line behind you guys.
