Issues with Tunze Skimmers

Hello Roger,
I have a Nano DOC skimmer 9002 that is creating an electric shock in the water and a 9011 skimmer that is tripping the breaker. I've tried it on several circuits with the same result. Is it possible to replace the powerheads in these units to correct both situations? Where would I get them and what is the price?

Is it a 9011 or 9010? A 9011 would definitely be under warranty so I would send the pump in, keep in mind the warranty is 2 years. You can get replacement pumps on tunze.com.
