Charm, I will send you an acrylic scraper to clean the tank with the tank is small so you might not have to get magnet cleaner and i am sure James will approve of the scraper i am sending you . We got your tank together today but i am going out of town in the morning and we will finish it up on Monday ship it out to you on Tuesday.

Congrats on coming back and the setup sounds nice. I know you can't wait to get that thing running.

You probably are better off going with the scraper to clean. I don't know if you are going BB, but if you are not it only takes one grain of sand in the magnet to reak havok on the tank...and it's usually a guest that likes to plunge the magnet into the sandbed and all over.

Equipment has started to arrive.

RO came in the mail & I picked up my refugium, sump, 3 durso drain pipes and back up pump.

Refugium is 15g.

40g sump designed for a 300g system made by aquatic life systems. Two sets of bubble traps, two 1" inlets from the display tank (the fuge is draining directly to the return pump area so I don't skim little critters!)

Some but not all items on my last tank were riding the ragged egde of what they were designed to do. On this build I'm going to overkill.

I'll name it "project overkill"
