anybody use this??

I pp with lightroom, and the options for adding a watermark kind of suck....unless someone knows something I havent been able to make it do

Just wondering if its worth the $20 and will do what I want which is simply make a larger than "too small to see" custom watermark and put it where I want. And do this without spending more than a few seconds per pic.

If there are any better programs or ideas please enlighten me. :D

thanks

there is no real control over it as far as placement or size. the only option is tiny

or at least I havent been able to figure out how to make it so. Googling the problem comes up with the same results. thats where I came up with the iwatermrk program recommendation.

Just was hoping to make sure it is worth $20. and if it does it simply, to me it is worth the $20. I am of course open to any better programs as well :)

Do this.

In photoshop, open your image. Use the text tool and enter your copyright text at whatever size you want. Set the layer style to emboss and set the blend mode to "soft light."

You can record those steps as an action so it requires one click.

I dont have photoshop :)

I kind of want to come up with a cool custom watermark as well. I dont know what it is yet.......

but I imagine it would be a jpg import of soem kind to make that happen wouldnt it??

maybe he means this,

get a cracked version of photoshop then . . .

:c) Idunno, just a guess haha.

Nope. That's not even open for discussion.

If Lightroom is all that you have you can still do it. I'm not talking about the Identity plate.

In the meta-data for each image there is a field called Copyright. Put your text there. Check the box, include copyright watermark in the export dialog. It's not fancy but it's sized well.

It looks like this:
