Before I open up my jabeo pump controller does anyone have a way to control these pumps that is controlled via APEX. I'm hoping a cross to a tunze or something like that.

Don't open the controller. I do it. There are several options. There is even a thread about this topic. Do a search using jebao or WP-40.
I use a cable that completely bypasses the controller & plugs directly into the Apex. There is PLENTY of posts on RC. You can build one yourself DYI designed by member Torx...his posts show you how. I think someone is selling a similar design on fleabay. Good luck.

I found the torx video on you tube a second ago. I sent him an email. You said you do it? How much for a cable to control 2 WP pumps?

I review my post, done on the road as I wanted you to not void your warranty. I was unclear. I should have said " I use Apex to control my WP-40s. BTW, I am VERY happy with the added control. My cable is a Torx type. Another controller company makes a cable for their controller. This angelic company's cable mode will work with an Apex but you must cut their connector and replace with one you made. You could use a Tunze Apex connector to splice to the above cable. Torx's postings here have the pin-outs illustrated. Or you can buy one on *bay. Just do a search for the Torx model cable. You can PM Torx. He is a very helpful fellow and will help you get a cable or make it yourself,
