Jadette's 7g ADA Cube

Very nice tank build :) I love the clean design as well! I am starting a Ada mini-m, I also want to get lily pipes and a canister filter for it :)
 
Hey all. Looks like this thread got resurrected from the dead.

pompeyjohn - Keeping the lily pipes were very much an issue. They were a pain to clean. After 6 months or so, I got a little rough with the cleaning and ended up breaking the intake pipe. I'm now using an AC20+hydor slim skimmer and an mp10es on the nano.

malibukay - If you're going with lily pipes, I would recommend getting an extra set to do a quick swap when cleaning. Good luck!
 
Very nice nano. I'm wondering how you deal with heat/evaporation? I'm thinking in something similar for my desk. Btw, a mp10es on the nano... Wow!
 
I just do manual top offs every other day or so. Surprisingly, I don't get that much evaporation on the tank.

Not using metal halides to light the tank anymore, so heat isn't an issue. It's now lit by LEDs.
