Yes but I would certainly not recommend it if you are an experienced diver with 100+ dives.

I went diving here while on vacation back in 05. The visibility was great 100'+ and I saw some cool stuff down there. I went through the resort's dive master and they only took us to places not very far from the resort that is frequented by many rookie divers, like myself. If you go, I would recommend finding a place that caters specifically to divers. The dive master was hitting me up for tips before we even hit the water on a 10 minute boat ride. The dive cost $40, I thought it was worth it and would do it again. i stayed at the Riu in Negril

We going to "Couples Ocho Rios" next month. We are not experienced, we will finish our course "open water diver".

I'm not quite sure where that is. The resort I stayed at was pretty cool. It was in Negril, the west side of Jamaica. Also be very aware of the group you'll be diving with. The group I went with were rookies. I was bumbed into a few times and even kicked in my mask at 90'. luckily it didnt knock the mask off but it tought me to pay more attention to the people around me than all the cool stuff below me.
