January Meeting Announcement

Cultivating for your Reef
This month we will be learning about growing, cultivating or culturing amphipods and copepods, phytoplankton and brine shrimp for your coral and fish, and the benefits your tank inhabitants will reap if you take on a project of this nature for them. Learn the entire background, where and how to culture, what types of filtration is required, what kind of lighting is needed, where to keep the salinity and temperature, what feeding methods that are essential, any tank maintenance necessary, and all harvesting methods.
We will be raffling off two plankton reactors to two lucky winners at the meeting.
Only those that are members in good standing can participate in this raffle and you must be present to win.
We look forward to seeing everyone at:

great topics - def going to have to make Jan and Feb meetings but I may have to put off building my 7'x3'x14" sump until after feb so I can get some tips and tricks....lol

Nice! You having the April meeting at my house or what?.lol
I will donate a bunch of frags for the raffle! To show the appreciation

I didn't get my CTARS card laminated at the last meeting due to gross incompetency from the man operating the machine...I assume if I bring the card you will have somebody who can actually handle some responsibility at the meeting and finish the job?

My sincere apologies for running out of laminating supplies...

This sounds great- and I love the idea of raffles for members only.

I would suggest name tags with RC names on them like we used to at meetings since most of us do not know each other.

Cant wait!
