Out of all the items I have ever purchased it had to be the orange fish eggs.It didn't matter what fish it was they all went nuts over them.I am not sure what nutritional value they have but wowser.I hope the market has oysters that are fresh.I do love adding them and the baby neck clams to the mix.I do however hate shucking the oysters.
