current sumps aren't baffled
I may sell one or two baffled sumps in a week or so depending on what size I decide to toss under my 250 gallon tank.
the eel that died was worth more than $1500 by far. At a retail store I wouldn't have been surprised if he was twice that. I bought the 250 to give him a home myself after I couldn't secure a buyer...so the loss was a beautiful eel not the money at that point.
I think I may have misfed him a piece of halibut.
I don't know how I would have been able to hold him steady while going down his throat earlier when I thought he was struggling getting oxygen, though. I still have my smaller Japanese DME, though.
