Japonicus and Zebrasome problem

Good evening,

I have 2 tangs under cupramine treatment 0.5mg (13th day).

I see these strange white kinda patches and sometimes white vertical lines on the japonicus.

Also zebrasome has a reddish dots on its forehead which sometimes disappear.

They do not like to eat much Nori.

The fins are kinda ok does not have much sign of a roth.

Do you think it is stress related or a bacterial infection etc?
